You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. -

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@talextop.xyz with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your product. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the items are safely returned.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. -
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned product. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund and reflect it in your account. -
Partial Refunds:
In cases where the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund. This may be subject to deductions based on the condition of the item.
3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order. You can follow our return process and receive a refund for the returned item, which can be used toward the new purchase.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept the return and offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@talextop.xyz. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
